Exceptional pool, staff and lessons for our younger children still learning to swim!!! Looking forward to watching them advance to the club team one day with their big brothers!

Absolutely horrendous customer service from Brittany. I had a makeup token they wouldn’t redeem or refund me for. I took my six month old daughter here and signed her up for the four class package. They advertise that they cater to a younger age group, but this is false. Don’t take your child here if they’re under 6 months old. It’s really designed for toddlers and up. I tried to call back when my daughter was older to use our unused class - I figured she would be better suited for the youngest class level after some time passed and she aged a bit - but they wouldn’t honor my makeup token because it had expired. I asked for a refund, and they also wouldn’t provide a refund. Brittany was one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to in customer service. Sad that they would rather create an enemy than refund me for services I never used. This place won’t survive with people like Brittany in client facing roles. I might just file against them in small claims because of how disgustingly rude and unprofessional she behaved on the phone. I paid for a service I never received, and was treated like crap when I tried to get my money back or receive the service. So wrong.

CSA is the best instruction we have gotten for our kids. Our 4 yr old has the goal of making our neighborhood swim team and he is well on his way within our first five lessons. Instructor are excited to learn and have a great plan that works on a range of water skills. All the staff are welcoming. The waiting area is great for our youngest to play or watch his brother.

We loved our time at the Carmel Swim Academy with our son! He learned more in just a couple of weeks than he did with a private instructor! CSA helped him learn the skills he needs as well as gain confidence! All of the swim instructors were so nice and patient. They made sure everyone got equal attention and tried to make to fun! I also loved the small class sizes. We will definitely be taking my daughter here when she gets older 😊

The new swim facilities are awesome. CSA has wonderful instructors which all my kids enjoy swimming with. The swim academy is great for beginner swimmers to skilled swimmers trying to increase their skill level and endurance.
